This includes doctrinal analysis, comparative review, treaty and case mapping, structured literature synthesis, and analytically grounded drafting. Engagements support academic institutions, research centres, and policy bodies requiring rigorous methodology and clearly structured outputs.
Governance and Risk Analysis
Structured legal and regulatory analysis to assess institutional vulnerability and compliance exposure.
Work includes identifying implementation gaps, ISDS-related risk, regulatory fragmentation, and governance incoherence across public and private-sector environments. The objective is to enable risk-aware, legally grounded, and forward-looking institutional decision-making.
Policy and Regulatory Advisory
Advisory on the design, reform, and implementation of investment governance frameworks.
This includes treaty and legislative review, regulatory coherence assessment, and strategic guidance on aligning investment regimes with public-interest objectives, including environmental protection and long-term regulatory stability. Particular attention is given to institutional capacity and implementation feasibility.
Sustainability and Knowledge Services
Advisory at the intersection of investment governance and sustainable development.
This includes integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into legal and regulatory frameworks, environmental and land governance analysis, and responsible investment alignment grounded in institutional and legal evaluation.
Manner of Engagement
Engagements are considered and encouraged when they align with investment governance, treaty reform, sustainability integration, or institutional legal strengthening.
